Techstars Music Opens Up Apps For New Class In LA
Techstars Music, the startup acceleration program run by Techstars in Los Angeles, is getting set to launch a new, 13-week program in Los Angeles in February, announcing on Thursday that it has opened up applications for the accelerator. Techstars Music--led by Bob Moczydlowsky--also said that a total of 17 Techstars Music startups have now raised $67M in post-Techstars funding. Techstars Music says it will invest $1.2M into 10 startups, or $120,000 each, and invite them for its 13-week program in Los Angeles starting on February 3, 2020. The new class of the accelerator is being backed b Warner Music Group, Q Prime Management, Bill Silva Entertainment, Sony, Concord, Royalty Exchange, RecoChoku, AVEX Inc., Peloton and Entertainment One.
