Teledyne Buys Frontline Test Equipment
Thousand Oaks-based Teledyne Technologies announced this morning that it has acquired Frontline Test Equipment, Inc., a provider of electronic test and measurement instrumentation. Frontline is based in Charlottesville, Virginia. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Frontline's electronic test equipment is used for troubleshooting wireless protocols, including Bluetooth, 802.11, and near field communications (NFC), and serves the consumer electronics, semiconductor, telecommunications and automotive industries, according to the two.
