Teledyne Completes Scientific Systems Acquisition

Thousand Oaks-based Teledyne Technologies said on Thursday that it has completed its acquisition of the assets of Pennsylvania-based Scientific Systems Inc. (SSI). SSI is a manufacturer of precision components and specialized subassemblies used in analytical and diagnostic instrumentation, such as High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) systems. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced.
