Tellie Gets $10M For NFT Site Building Tool
Los Angeles-based Tellie, which develops site building tools for creators, has raised $10M in a Series A funding. The funding came from Malibu Point Capital, Galaxy Digital, Osage Venture Partners, Dapper Labs, SXSW Innovation Fund, and Gaingels plus existing investors including Corazon Capital, TQ Ventures, and Upfront Ventures. The company was first incubated at Upfront Ventures. Tellie is led by CEO Kim Nortman. According to the company, its tools allow creators to create their own "token-gated" websites, using Polygon, Ethereum, Binance, Avalanche, and Flow tokens, and allowing those creators to mint their own NFTs.
