Tinder To Hit $800M In Revenues In 2018, Thanks To Tinder Gold
Los Angeles-based dating app Tinder is set to hit $800M in revenues in 2018, according to owner Match Group this week. Match Group CFO Gary Swidler reported the growth in revenues at Tinder earlier this week, on Match's earnings call, saying that Tinder more than doubled its revenues from last year. Most of Tinder's earnings are from Tinder Gold, the premium version of the Tinder dating service. Tinder charges $14.99 a month for access to its premium features. Match Group held its earnings call on Tuesday, saying that the growth at Tinder will bring the company's revenues this year to $1.7 billion.
