Tripp Acquires EvolVR

Los Angeles-based Tripp, a company developing virtual reality wellness and "digital psychedelics", said last week that it has acquired VR meditation community EvolVR. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. According to the two, EvolVR has more than 40,000 users who use their virtual reality systems for meditation. Tripp's services include using VR to "facilitate psychedelic journeys"; the company is led by CEO and founder Nanea Reeves.
