Vamstar Connects With $9.5M

Los Angeles- and London-based Vamstar, a startup developing artificial intelligence (AI) software for matching medical supplies and pharmaceuticals to buyers, has raised $9.5M in a Series A funding, the company said today. The funding was led by Alpha Intelligence Capital and Dutch Founders Fund, and also included BTOV Partners and Antler. The company is led by co-founder and CEO Praful Mehta. The company's marketplace uses AI to match up medical suppliers, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, and clinics.
