VeloCloud, Backed By March Capital, Gets $35M More
VeloCloud Networks<>a, a developer of software defined, wide area networking (WAN) technology which is backed by Santa Monica-based March Capital Partners, has raised $35M in a big funding round, the company announced today. VeloCloud said it raised $35M in a Series D funding led by Hermes Growth Partners, and also included Telstra Ventures and Khazanah Nasional Berhad, the strategic investment fund of the Government of Malaysia, plus New Enterprise Associates (NEA), Venrock, March Capital Partners, Cisco Investments, and others. March Capital Partners was the lead investor in VeloCloud's Series C funding, which came just a little over a year ago, in January of 2016; that funding was worth $27M. VeloCloud has now raised $84.0M in total. VeloCloud was one of the first disclosed investment in March Capital's first fund. VeloCloud is based in Mountain View. More information »
