Websense Supports Microsoft Security
San Diego-based Websense announced this morning that it will support Microsoft's new Network Access Protection Technology. Microsoft's new comprehensive architecture for secure client management is targeted at endpoint security for preventing attacks and outbreaks on computer networks. Websense said that it will work with Microsoft for desktop security through the Websense Client Policy Manager, and endpoint protection tool targeted at virus outbreaks, spyware applications, peer-to-peer networks, unmanaged instant messaging.
