Yardi Buys RentGrow

Santa Barbara-based Yardi Systems, a developer of real estate investment management and property management software, said late Tuesday that it has acquired RentGrow, a developer of resident screening services for the property management industry. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. RentGrow is based in Waltham, Mass. Yardi said it use the purchase of RentGrow to offer resident screening as part of its Yardi Multifamily Suite.
