Zag Taps Kelley Blue Book
Santa Monica-based Zag has tapped Kelley Blue Book to provide used auto information for the firm's new online auto-buying service. Zag said Tuesday that it will incorporate Kelley Blue Book data into its platform. Zag is developing a private label, turnkey product that allows automotive sites, auto dealers, and affinity buying groups to manage the online auto buying process. Zag said that a key feature of its platform is transparency of pricing including actual transaction prices based on Kelley Blue Book information. Zag will also tap Kelley's specification data and reviews for its service. Terms were not disclosed.
