Zetera Raises $13.5M
Irvine-based Zetera said this morning that it has raised $13.5M in a Series A funding from Warburg Pincus and WI Harper. Zetera is developing IP-based storage networking technology aimed at low-cost IP connectivity for storage arrays. The company has created a IP-based storage protocol designed to be implemented on low cost disk drives. Zetera has relationships with NETGEAR, StorCase, and Bell Microproducts, all of whom have announced plans to ship Zetera-based IP storage products this summer. More information »
