Altura Communication Solutions, a Fullerton-based provider of voice and data communication services, announced Tuesday that it has acquired NetVersant Solutions LLC's Avaya business unit. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Headquartered in Everett, Wash., NetVersant offers sales, support and consulting services to enterprise customers in the area of unified communications and business voice-over-IP services, throughout the United States. Its Avaya business unit provides unified communications, contact centers and related services directly and via channel partners.
