Angelo Group, Nomura In Clean Energy, Climate Investment Deal

Los Angeles-based private equity investor Angeleno Group and Tokyo-based Nomura Holdings said on Tuesday that the two firms are in a strategic partnership focused on clean energy and climate solution investments. According to the two, they will focus on co-investment and "sharing of intellectual capital", with Nomura investing in Angeleno Group's venture capital and growth equity fund, which invests in high-growth companies in the mid to late stages, with a focus on clean energy and climate solutions in North America. Size of that investment was not announced by the companies.
