Irvine-based semiconductor maker Broadcom announced this morning that it has bolstered its board, with co-founder Henry Samueli and Harvey Mudd College President Maria Klawe joining the company's board. Samueli has previously served on the firms board, most recently as Chairman. a position he served in until May of 2008. Klawe is the President of Claremont-based Harvey Mudd college, and also has been Dean of Engineering and Professor of Computer Science at Princeton University.
