Broadvoice Jumps On AI Bandwagon

Los Angeles-based Broadvoice, a developer of contact center and unified communications services, says it has added new AI features to its service. According to the company, its new "Broadvoice AI" adds prompt-based self-service menus for its customers, without involving live agents.
