Newegg Jumps On ChatGPT Bandwagon

City of Industry-based electronics retailer Newegg has jumped on the ChatGPT bandwagon, saying this morning that it has started to use the AI-powered product to "improve its customers' online shopping experience." The company said it is using ChatGPT for its PC builder shopping tool, for customer service chat, for "optimizing text content" on its website, for customer email subject lines, and search engine optimization.
