San Diego-based healthcare investor Domain Associates has made an investment in a Philadelphia provider of hospital discharge planning and readmission management software this week, RightCare Solutions. RightCare said it has raised $1.72M in a Series A round, which included both Domain Asssociates and Compass Partners. RightCare's technology uses software-as-a-service to help reduce readmissions and improve decisions for discharge at hospitals. More information »
