Tustin-based Uptake Medical, the developer of a minimally invasive treatment for severe emphysema, announced today that it has named Lloyd Mencinger as its European General Manager. Mencinger most recently served at Tenent Healthcare, and also has served at Boston Scientific, Baxter, and American Hospital Supply. Uptake Medical said Mencinger spend more than 10 years living in the EU while at Boston Scientific.
