Zumbox Deploys In Minneapolis
Westlake Village-based Zumbox, which is starting up a service to deliver messages electronically based on postal addresses, said today that it has launched its service in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The firm said that the City of Minneapolis is using its service to send public notices and other municipal mail. Zumbox is developing a service which assigns an electronic mailbox to each physical, U.S. street address, and allows companies and governments to send mail to those electronic mailboxes. The firm offers the service free to municipal and state governments.
