Arctop Gets $10M For Human Brain Decoding
Los Angeles-based Arctop, which is developing software to decode human brain patterns, says it has raised $10M in a Series A funding. The company said the funding was co-led by Fifth Growth Fund and Supermoon Capital. The company says its technology turns brain activity into real-time information that can be used for third party applications. The company said it was founded by Dan Furman, a neuroscientist, and Eitan Kay, a software engineer. The company's technology uses wearables like headbands, earbuds, and virtual and augmented reality headsets equipped with basic electric skin sensors, according to Arctop.
