Citrix Rolls Out New Remote Support Software
Santa Barbara-based Citrix Online, a provider of remote access and meeting software, said earlier this week that it has rolled out a beta of a new, remote support solution targeted at small businesses. The new software, Citrix GoToAssist Express, is a version of the firm's GoToAssist product. According to Citrix, the software is in final development, and will be targeted at SMBs. The new tool is currently being offered as a free beta to small business users. Citrix GoToAssist Express allows small businesses to remotely support users, and includes screen sharing, file transfer, chat, remote diagnostics, and support for Windows XP, Vista, and the Mac.
