Hulu Swizzles Android UI
Los Angeles-based Hulu said Thursday that it has launched a brand new, Hulu Plus user interface for its Android tablet users, as it launches on to an additional, seven Android tablets supporting its premium video service. Hulu said that the new app includes a new design featuring horizontal "trays" to swipe through to browse through TVs and movies. Hulu has adapted its app to better take advantage of the plentiful screen real estate on Android tablets, compared with the firm's other smartphone apps. In addition to the new UI, Hulu also added support for the Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime, Asus Eee Pad Transformer, Motorola Xoom, Motorola XYBoard 10.1, Toshiba Thrive, Acer Iconia and LG G-Slate tablets.
