ISBX Takes $750,000 For Mobile Software
Los Angeles-based ISBX, a developer of a cross-platform, mobile development product, said today that it has scored $750,000 in funding. The round came from The Chen Group, a group of Taiwanese angel investors. According to ISBX, it will use the funding for research and development, as well as expansion of its offerings and core technologies. ISBX said its software is used to deploy mobile applications across iPhone, Blackberry, Windows Mobile, Android and Symbian, and that its customers include NBC Universal, Warner Brothers, CW Networks, and Sony Pictures. The firm said the company is targeting a first round of venture funding in Q4 of this year, and that it employs over 25 split between Los Angeles and Manila, the Philippines. More information »
