Napster, Best Buy In Marketing Agreement
Los Angeles-based Napster (www.napster.com) announced that it has entered into a multi-year agreement with Best Buy, where Best Buy will promote the Napster online music service to its stores. Napster, the division of Roxio which was formed out of the defunct Napster file swapping service, recently launched a online subscription music download service. Best Buy will feature Napster in physical displays in its stores, demonstration kiosks, and will also train its sales associates to showcase the music service.
