Newegg In Global Expansion Effort
Los Angeles-based electronics- and technology retailer Newegg says it is in a major, global expansion effort, saying this morning that it has added another 29 countries to its network, growing the number of companies it is doing business in to more than 80. According to Newegg, it has been working over the last two years to expand its geographical reach, adding local language support, free shipping on select items, and local returns. The company says it added 29 countries in its latest push into international markets, including Algeria, Argentina, Bahrain, Croatia, Czech Republic, Egypt, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kuwait, Lithuania, Malaysia, Morocco, Nigeria, Oman, Paraguay, Peru, Qatar, Romania, Serbia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Tanzania, Uganda, Uruguay, Russia and Vietnam.
