Newegg Plans Major Global Expansion

Los Angeles-based online electronics retailer Newegg says it is planning a major, global expansion worldwide, with plans to expand in the Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East regions. According to Newegg, once that expansion is complete, it will reach customers in a total of 50 countries. NewEgg said the big new global expansion push also includes an effort to recruit aspiring e-commerce sellers across the globe, who it says it will tap to offer up local sellers with country-specific merchandise.
