Nirvanix Files For Chapter 11 Bankruptcy
San Diego-based cloud storage company Nirvanix said Thursday that it has officially filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. According to the company, the filing was made October 1st. The company said it filed for bankruptcy protection "in order to pursue all alternatives to maximize value for its creditors".
