Quarterback Collects $2.5M For Esports Monetization

Los Angeles-based Quarterback, which is developing a platform to help professional esports players with monetization efforts, has raised $2.5M in a funding round, the company disclosed this week. The funding came from Bitkraft Esports Ventures, and also included Crest Capital Ventures, Deep Space Ventures, UpWest Labs, and angels. Quarterback's CEO is Jonathan Weinberg. Quarterback's software enables e-sports players and clubs to run their own "fan-clubs", and run their own daily challenges, give away prizes, and more with fans. More information »
