Trubify Launches Live Music Streaming App
Los Angeles-based Trubify said today that it has launched a new, livestreaming music app, aimed at helping musicians earn revenue from livestreaming. The company says it pays out two cents per unique livestream viewer and one cent per unique viewer for archived content. The new startup looks to be jumping on the growing popularity of livestreaming, driven by the popularity of live chat app Clubhouse. The new startup is led by CEO and founder Stephen Tyszka. Trubify did not detail how it is being funded.
